LifeRites celebrants are trained to honour all cultural beliefs, spiritual paths and lifestyles, and in doing so we enable those who are looking to find someone to fill the gap between organised religion and humanism. We also work with differing religious beliefs often writing ceremonies that embrace and include more than one faith. Our ceremonies mark birth, marriage, death and the important times in their lives and all other rites of passage in a way that reflects the individual or families personal views on life.

Baby Naming & Coming of Age
Many parents now seek to create rituals to prepare for conception, to support pregnancy, celebrate birth and mark the milestones in their children’s lives.
Death and Dying
Funerals need not be morbid affairs but allow friends and relatives a chance to say goodbye and celebrate and remember a life well lived. Many people now choose to have Woodland, natural and DIY burials to reduce our impact on the environment.
Eldership
Eldership is a much denigrated time. Instead of showing the respect that is deserved, “old” people may be put on the scrapheap and ignored! However many reclaim their power and celebrate the milestones of older life and the new freedoms to be enjoyed.
